Meet the Team

Megan is a highly organized and efficient member of our team, serving as our front office staff. She is responsible for scheduling appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and working with families to ensure that financial agreements are in order. With years of experience in the dental field, Megan has a deep understanding of the importance of patient care and works tirelessly to ensure that our patients have a positive experience in our office. Her friendly demeanor and professional approach make her a favorite among our patients and their families.

I have been happily married to my husband, Darren, for 15 years. We have two children (Dillon 14 and Dalton 10) that keep us incredibly busy with travel sports year-round, and two Yorkies.  In our small amount of free time, we love to travel and see new places, and you can find us on warm weather days in our Jeep on the backroads.

Our coordinator Brittney is in charge of answering phone calls, checking in patients, verifying insurance eligibility, scheduling and confirming appointments, and gathering patient information. She is a people person and enjoys meeting new patients in the community, recognizing them, and getting to know them better. With her dental assisting background and experience working in both the back and front offices of a dental practice, she is able to help answer all kinds of questions.

Since moving to the area in early 2022 with her boyfriend Tayler and their Weimaraner Daisy, Brittney has been exploring the outdoors by attending races to cheer on her brother, camping, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer is a skilled dental assistant with years of experience in providing top-notch patient care. She is responsible for bringing patients back and assisting the doctor with various dental procedures. Jennifer is certified in caries prevention procedures, nitrous oxide administration for dental professionals certification, and coronal polishing prevention, and is also CPR and first aid certified. She particularly enjoys working with children and takes great pride in ensuring their comfort during their dental appointments.

Jennifer is happily married to her best friend, Bruce and together they have two grown children, a daughter named Cortney and a son named Cory. Jennifer is also a proud grandmother to six grandchildren, Austen, Kyley, Kingston, Willow, Declan, and Crew. She loves animals and has a beloved dog named Callie. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. Her favorite thing to do is to take a summer vacation with her children and grandchildren.

With over 10 years of experience as an expanded functions dental assistant, Morgan has been an integral member of our team since 2016. Her role involves preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, and assisting the dentist during dental procedures. Morgan is also skilled in placing restorations and sealants, recording treatment in patient charts, taking radiographs, and recording dental and medical history. Morgan particularly enjoys working with children and finds it very rewarding to help them achieve healthy and beautiful smiles.

Outside of work, Morgan is happily married to her high school sweetheart, and they have two children, Beau and Rosie. They also share their home with two indoor dogs and one outdoor dog, as well as three outdoor cats. Morgan and her family are actively involved in their church, where she volunteers in the nursery and serves on the greeting team. In her free time, Morgan enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets, and outdoor activities.

Sarah is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) who has been working in the dental field since 2018. She completed the International Business College accelerated expanded function program and worked at another pediatric practice prior to joining Dr. John's team in 2022. Sarah's duties include taking X-rays, sterilization, charting, and placing restorations. Her favorite part of her job is getting to talk to and get to know the kids while providing their dental care.

In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, including her three younger brothers, two Pomeranians named Boo and Santi, and pursuing her passion for pediatric dentistry.

As a dental assistant with over ten years of experience in the field, Nicole has been providing exceptional care and support to our patients and dentist, Dr. Hennette, since joining the team in 2011. She has worked closely with Dr. Hennette during dental surgeries at the hospital and chairside, assisting with procedures and ensuring the comfort of our patients. Aside from her clinical duties, she also manages our office's social media presence. One of her greatest joys in this field is working with our patients and their families, especially children. She loves seeing a child overcome any fear they might have had about coming to the dentist and leave with a smile on their face.

Nicole and her husband Ryan met in college and now have twin daughters and a son. They love watching their children play sports and spending time with loved ones.

Skyler is a certified dental assistant with several certifications, including dental radiography license, expanded functions certification, coronal polishing, and fluoride certification. Skyler has experience in teaching preventive hygiene measures to children and adolescents, taking dental X-rays, and performing dental restorations, among other things. Skyler finds joy in helping children and teens take care of their oral hygiene and enjoys working with the talented and fun dental staff at Greencastle Pediatric Dentistry.

Outside of work, Skyler spends time with her fur babies Lillie and Klaus. She enjoys reading and anything outside.

Heather is a skilled dental hygienist with over 16 years of experience in the field. She graduated from the IU School of Dentistry in 2005 with an Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Along with her responsibilities of scaling, root planing, and polishing teeth, Heather also ensures that the office keeps up with the latest OSHA training, and takes the initiative to set up school screening visits, pool appreciation parties for patients, and bring goodies to referring offices to show thanks to the community.

Heather has been happily married to her husband Nathan for 29 years, and they have two wonderful grown children, Cameron and Sydney. She also has three Siberian huskies, Kate, Annie, and Korra. In her free time, Heather enjoys reading, doing various crafts, and hanging out with friends and family.

Cindy is a highly skilled dental hygienist and finance manager with over 23 years of experience in the dental field. She received her Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from Indiana University School of Dentistry and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management from IUPUI. Cindy's passion for dentistry started early in life, and she loves working with children, helping them overcome their fears and providing preventive care. In addition to her dental hygiene responsibilities, Cindy also manages the office's finances, paying bills, balancing bank accounts, and providing financial information to accountants.

Cindy is married and has two children, a son and a daughter, and twin grandchildren. The family is also fond of animals and has a Great Pyrenees and an indoor and outdoor cat. When not working, Cindy enjoys playing golf, swimming, and playing Pickleball five times a week. She's also an avid reader and enjoys learning new things. Family vacations on a houseboat on a lake or on a beach in Punta Cana are among her favorite activities.

With almost 11 years of experience in the dental field, Carrie has been providing preventive care for children and adolescents since joining our team in 2021. Carrie's passion for dentistry started in high school when she assisted in a dental office. Her favorite part of her job is working with children, making it a fun experience for them while ensuring they receive the best preventive care possible.

Outside of work, Carrie is a busy mom of three and a puppy. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, watching her children's sporting events, reading, and exercising to keep herself healthy and fit.
